Materials

• All  materials supplied by Fix Fit Test Electrical are guaranteed for at least 2 years.
• This guarantee is provided by us as a gesture of goodwill and is subject to the information supplied by manufacturers.
• Guarantees do not include consumables such as light bulbs unless they are part of an integrated fitting.
• The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, or accidental damage which was not caused during installation.

Workmanship

We are members of NAPIT (NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of PROFESSIONAL INSPECTORS and TESTERS) registration No. 65371 . Installers certificated by NAPIT are committed to comply with requirements that include rectification of faults and effective handling of complaints. NAPIT requires installers to guarantee relevant work for a period of at least 6 years, within which time they must return and rectify any non-compliant matters that are attributable to their installation service.

If you're not happy with the service you've received from a NAPIT member, we can't be happy either, so we encourage our service providers to make every possible effort to resolve problems before you have to make a complaint. Fix Fit Test Electrical Ltd are members of the NAPIT organization. If you have notified Fix Fit Test Electrical Ltd of any concerns about their supplies, service or workmanship and have not received a satisfactory response, please contact NAPIT in writing to resolve your issue quickly & amicably.
